直梁型柔性铰链制造误差对刚度性能影响的建模与分析 被引量:14

摘要 柔性铰链制造误差会影响铰链性能,为了减小柔性铰链性能对制造误差的敏感性,应用多变量函数Taylor级数展开的方法,建立了直梁型柔性铰链制造误差与其性能的对应关系。通过建立的直梁型柔性铰链参数与其性能关系图,分析了直梁型柔性铰链各参数变化对其性能的影响,并给出了对柔性铰链影响最大的关键加工参数和设计准则。 The manufactur errors of flexure hinge will influence the performances, so for reducing the flexible hinge on the performance of the sensitivity of manufacturing errors, the relation among design parameters of corner--filleted flexure hinge and manufacture error was founded by using multi --variable function of Taylor series expansion. Through the graph of the flexible hinge parameters and its performance, an analysis of changes of parameters on the performance of corner--filleted flexible hinge was carried out. The key manufacture parameters that affect the performances of corner --filleted flexure hinge most and rules of design are given, which can give directions of design precision flexure hinge.
