摘要
在分析电动助力转向系统(EPS)电动机结构及工作原理的基础上,对电动机的转矩匹配、转速匹配、功率匹配及验算和脉宽调制驱动频率匹配等有关电动机可靠运行的关键技术进行了匹配设计及分析,提出了一种指导电动机可靠匹配设计的方法。以某微型轿车的EPS电动机为例,进行了可靠匹配设计。
The structure and working principle of the assist motor of electric power steering were researched, the key technologies related to reliable operation which included the torque matching, the rotate speed matching, power matching and checking calculation,PWM drive frequency matching were designed and analyzed. A design process as the guidance of motor reliable matching was introduced and a corresponding matching performance was made based on a mini--car's EPS assist motor.
