血液透析血管内瘘狭窄的检测及其防治 被引量：30

摘要 血液透析是终末期肾衰竭患者赖以生存的重要手段，血管通路的建立是患者长期血液透析的重要保障，然而随着透析生存期延长及糖尿病肾病患者日趋增多，血管通路狭窄己成为导致血液透析失败的重要原因。自体动静脉内瘘是经典的永久性通路，95％的尿毒症患者以此作为透析通路。用于维持血液透析患者内瘘通畅的费用逐年增加，美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）估计，每年因血管通路建立和相关并发症住院的费用高达9．39亿美元。因此，建立并维持功能良好的血管内瘘作为血液透析血管涌路是肾科医师面临的主要挑战之一。
