综合使用血液净化技术救治地震伤伴肾衰竭患者

5月12日，四川汶川地区发生了8级大地震，导致6．9万人死亡，1．7万人失踪，受伤37万人，造成了人民生命财产的严重损失。随着灾后救援工作的有效开展，不断有受困群众从废墟中被拯救出来。挤压综合征（crush syndrome，CS）及其相关并发症的救治成了医务人员面临的挑战和艰巨任务。挤压综合征（cs）在地震灾害中有较高的发生率，死亡率也较高。在1999年土耳其马尔马拉地震中，330例伤员发生了与地震相关的损伤或疾病，其中110例（33．3％）为CS[。j1995年日本阪神大地震最初的15天内入院救治的2718例外伤患者中，CS有372人（13．6％），死亡率为13．4％。华西医院在震后24h就开始收治伤员，共收住院1845位伤员，其中挤压综合征患者147例，发展为急性肾损伤（AKI）69例，48例患者接受IHD／HDF／CRRT治疗（不含非挤压综合征所致急性肾衰竭接受替代治疗的患者）。
