摘要
以不同剂量的富铬发芽糙米对糖尿病模型小鼠与正常小鼠进行饲喂,26 d后进行空腹血糖与糖耐量的测定,结果表明,富铬发芽糙米高、中、低剂量组能显著(P<0.01)降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖值,其效果随剂量的增加而增强,表明富铬发芽糙米对糖尿病小鼠有降血糖作用。
The sprouted brown rice enriched with different dosage of chromium was used to feed diabetes model mice and normal mice for 26 d, and then the fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance of these test mice were examined. Results show that all the chromium enriched brown rice exhibit remarkable effects of reducing the fasting blood glucose of the diabetes mice ( P 〈 0.01), and the impact builds up with the increase of the chromium dosage, It is indicated that the chromium enriched sprouted brown rice have the function of lowering the blood sugar of diabetes mice.
