摘要
在超临界CO2状态下,用Pd/C作催化剂,进行氢化卵磷脂的加成反应。确定了高压反应釜中CO2的压力为5 MPa,而后加入H2至总压力为9.5 MPa,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为55 min,搅拌速度为200 r/min,催化剂用量为4%。氢化后的卵磷脂碘值为36.2 gI2/100 g,产品的得率为60%,产品的颜色为淡黄色。
Using Pd/C as catalyst, the hydrogenation of lecithin was carried out in supercritical CO2 condition. ReSults : The condition parameters for the reaction in a high - pressure reactor are as follows: the pressure of CO2 is identified as 5 MPa, total pressure is up to 9.5MPa after adding H2,reaction temperature is 65 ℃ ,reaction time is 55 min, stirring speed is 200 r/min, and catalyst dosage is 4%. The iodine value of lecithin after hydrogenation is 36.2 g I2/100 g, and the product extraction rate is 60% with product color of light yellow.
