摘要
该文结合工程实例,应用ANSYS通用有限元程序针对拱桥施工过程中的关键工序进行分析计算,分别建立了三角区军用梁支架、钢管拱肋吊装、微膨胀混凝土泵送、中横梁吊装和中横梁吊模现浇模型,模拟了全桥施工过程进行施工控制,研究了拱座局部应力、端横梁加固措施及吊杆索力优化方法。根据分析结果指导施工,现场监测数据表明,计算值与实测值相符。
Combined with the engineering practices,the article applies the common finite element program of Ansys to analyze and calculate the key procedure in the course of the arch bridge construction,and separately sets up the models of the military beam bracket in the triangle area,the hoisting of steel pipe arch ribs and the pumping of slightly expanded concrete,the hoisting of middle cross beam and the cast-in-site hanging formwork of middle cross beam.The article emulates the construction control of the whole bridge,and studies the partial stress of the arch support,the reinforcing measures of end cross beam and the optimization method of boom cable force.Based on the analyzing result to guide the construction,the field monitoring data makes clearly that the calculation value is tallied with the measured value.
