摘要
通过单因素试验考察了超临界二氧化碳萃取芫荽籽油中萃取压力、二氧化碳流量、萃取时间、萃取温度对芫荽籽油萃取率的影响,得出萃取的较佳工艺条件为:萃取压力20 MPa、二氧化碳流量30 L/h、萃取时间180 m in、萃取温度42℃,芫荽籽油萃取率大于12%。对所得的芫荽籽油中脂肪酸组成进行了分析。
Single factor experiments were carried our to investigate the effects of extracting pressure, CO2 flow rate, extracting time and extracting temperature on the yield of coriander seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. The proper parameters obtained are as follows: extracting pressure 20MPa, CO2 flow rate 30 L/h, extracting time 180 min, extracting temperature 42 ℃. The yield of coriander seed oil is more than 12% at this condition. The composition of fatty acids in the coriander seed oil was analyzed.
