摘要
在30℃的恒温条件下,研究了青椒精油、红椒精油、一级麻素和二级麻素这4种花椒提取物对赤拟谷盗成虫的触杀、驱避及种群抑制作用,结果表明二级麻素和青椒精油的触杀效果较好,红椒精油的效果最差;两种花椒麻素对赤拟谷盗都表现出较好的驱避效果,且随着浓度的提高而增强,随着时间的延长而降低;花椒精油及麻素对赤拟谷盗的种群抑制作用随着药剂浓度的增大而增强,其中一级麻素的抑制效果最好,两种花椒精油的抑制效果较差。
This study covers the contact toxicity, repellence activity and population inhibition of green prickly ash essential oil, red prickly ash essential oil, 1st grade spicy element and 2^nd grade spicy element against Tribolium castaneum adults at 30 ℃. Results indicate that the contact toxicity effects of the 2^nd grade spicy element and the green prickly ash essential oil are rather high and that of the red prickly ash essential oil is the lowest among the four extractants. The repellence activities of the two prickly ash spicy elements against Tribolium castaneum adults increase with pesticide consistence increaseing, and decrease with time prolong. The population inhibition activities of the prickly ash essential oils and the spicy elements against Tribolium castaneum adults increase with pesticide consistence increasing, the 1st grade spicy element performs best, and the two prickly ash essential oils perform relatively low.
