摘要 结合计算机色度学原理,运用自行开发的RQS1.0分析系统,采用愈创木酚显色法,对稻米显色溶液的色度值与脂肪酸值的关系进行了分析,探讨了稻米新陈度的数字图像检测方法。 Based on colorimetry theory, applying our RQS1.0 analyses system and using guaiacol for color display, the correlation between chromatic values from rice samples and rice fatty acid values was explored, and a digital image system for determining the freshness of aged rice was developed.
