摘要
教师在英语课堂教学中使用英汉语码转换,是在综合考虑外语课堂教学的特殊性的前提下作出的语言选择。本文从外语教学理论入手,分析英语课堂教师使用的英汉语码转换现象,并根据英语教学的实际情况探讨其教学功能。教师在英语教学中适时适度地使用英汉语码转换,可以降低语言输入难度,弥补英汉语言差异,提高课堂效率,增进师生关系,调节课堂气氛,促进英语教学的顺利进行。
Taking the special features of teaching into account in the English language classroom, teacher makes a language choice in using English-Chinese code-switching in their teaching pedagogy. This paper, starting with foreign language teaching theories, analyzes this phenomenon and explores its teaching functions, based on actual teaching practice. Teachers using English-Chinese code-switching in their teaching, timely and moderately, may decrease the language input difficulties, make up the English-Chinese differences, improve classroom efficiency, strengthen teacher-student relationship, regulate classroom atmosphere and promote efficient English language teaching.
