墨家思想与中医学的关联性

Study on the Relationship between Mohist ideology andTraditional Chinese Medicine

通过整理分析各家研究墨家思想的成果,总结出与中医学关联较为密切的范畴和观点,主要从墨家逻辑思想、认识论及墨家"五行毋常胜"观三个方面进行阐述,得出作为先秦诸子之一的墨家,其思想与中医学理论体系的形成有着密切的联系。墨家对类、故、理的逻辑提出,具有创见性。这种创见性对中医类比思维理论体系的形成有着不可忽视的影响。墨家的认识论对中医认识疾病和治疗疾病的一致性以及重视临床实践等方面有着深刻的影响。墨家"五行毋常胜"的提出是对五行生克关系中量变到质变过程的阐述,与中医对疾病发展过程中的量变与质变的认识具有密切的联系。通过这些方面的探讨为中医学理论的源流及哲学基础,提供研究线索。

Through sorting and analyzing various research achievements of the Mohist ideology, this article summed up several categories and viewpoint which are connected closely with the Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The Mohist logic thinking, epistemoIogy and the ＂Five Elements Wu Changsheng＂ were discussed in this paper. This works demonstrate quite a few insights on the closely relationship between Mohist ideology, as one of the Pre - Qin Scholars, and TCM theory formation in their thinking. Therefore, these theories provide valuable clues for the study of origin and philosophical basis in the TCM theory.
