《类证治裁》为清代医家林佩琴所著,书中对水肿病虽未做专篇论治,而是与胀病合而论之,但本书对水肿的辨证论治论述详尽,对后世多有启迪。在病因病机方面,林佩琴认为水肿病主发于肺脾肾三脏,尤重肾中命门火衰;在辨证论治方面,强调正确辨证是施治无廖的关键,分别从气血水、阴阳虚实等方面辨别与其类似证胀病的区别;在遣方用药方面,酌用古方并加以治裁,仿古法更古制,勇于创新,疗效显著。整理归纳本书有关水肿病证治内容,有助于我们理解林佩琴对水肿病进行辨证论治的思路和方法,指导临床相应病证的治疗。

Leizhizhicai is written by the TCM doctor Lin pei - qin of Qing dynasty. There isn＇t special chapter on edema in leizhengzhicai, but there is detailed content about edema in this book. This content has the inspiration to the later generation. On pathogeny, linpeiqin holded that the disfuction of the lung spleen and kidney can lead to edema and set a high value of the life gate. In diagnosis and treatment aspect, lin peiqin su＇essed that correct diagnosis is the key to the effective treatment. He distinguish edema from its similar disease - Swelling from Qi Blood and Water, yin and yang, xu and shi. Lin peiqin made good use of the old prescription and then and create a more effective method.
