颅内动脉瘤雌激素受体与血管平滑肌细胞表型蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨正常人体动脉血管和颅内动脉瘤的血管平滑肌(VSMC)雌激素受体(ERs)和VSMC表型蛋白的表达变化。方法:采用免疫组化法检测了15例颅内动脉瘤和7例正常对照动脉血管中ERs、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)和结蛋白(Desmin)的表达。结果:颅内动脉瘤VSMC的ERα和ERβ表达均高于对照动脉血管表达水平,具有显著性差异;颅内动脉瘤VSMC的α-SMA和Desmin表达均低于对照动脉血管表达水平,具有显著性差异。结论:人类颅内动脉瘤VSMC表达ERs水平升高与VSMC表型蛋白表达降低,可能与颅内动脉瘤的形成有关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of estrogen receptors (ERs) and phynotype protein on smooth muscle cell(VSMC) of intracranial aneurysmas and normal artery. Methods: The expression of ERs,α-SMA and Desmin in samples from the fifteen cases of Human Intracranial Aneurysms and seven cases of normal control group was examined with the immunohistochemical method. Results : The value of ERα and ERβ expression in aneurysms more than in normal artery, there are significant statistical differences. The value of α-SMA and Desmin expression in aneurysms less than in normal artery, there are significant statistical differences. Conclusion: the elevated expression of ERs and down-regulation of VSMC phenotype protein in aneurysms, which may correspond to the formation of aneurysms.
