Main Features of the Multi-Polarization Trends in the New Century

进入新世纪后,多极化趋势进一步深入发展,且呈现一些与传统的多极格局很不同的特征。主要体现在四个方面:国际力量对比向相对均衡化发展;地缘政治中心从大西洋向太平洋转移;相互依存关系空前深化;力量中心多元化。

Since the onset of the new century, the multi-polarization trends have further developed, presenting some new features in four aspects: international power alignment is tending to be relatively balanced; the gravity center of geo-politics is moving from the Atlantic to the Pacific; the relation of interdependency is prevailing; and power center is pluralized.
