摘要
目的:建立同时测定热毒宁注射液中绿原酸和栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:以Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm)为色谱柱,采用乙腈-水-磷酸(12:88:0.1)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为240nm。结果:本方法可同时测定2个组分含量。绿原酸和栀子苷分别在7.36~147.2mg·L^-1和4.76~95.2mg·L^-1浓度范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率和RSD范围分别为99,1%~100.3%,0.65%-1.63%和99.7%-101.3%,0.87%~1.92%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Reduning injection. Methods: Hypersil C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used as an analytical column, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid ( 12: 88:0.1 ). The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results: The calibration linear curves of chlorogenic acide and geniposide were within concentrations of 7.36 ~ 147.2 mg·L^-1 and 4.76 - 95.2 mg· L^-1, respectively. The average recoveries of ehlorogenic acide and geniposide were 99.1% - 100.3% ( RSD 0.65% - 1.63% ) and 99.7% - 101.3% ( RSD 0.87% - 1.92% ) , respectively. Conclusion: This HPLC method is simple, quick and specific, and suitable for the quality control of the two components in Reduning injection.
