摘要
传统仓库进出货系统都是通过PLC编程,每一个细节都是预先设定好的,进出货顺序总是按照固定顺序依次摆放。不能灵活满足用户对相同货物归类摆放,从仓库中快速找所需货物的要求。通过加入数字图像处理技术,使系统能够分析判断出不同货物大小形状的差异,从而提高系统智能化,使系统能够在更复杂多变的环境中作出更合理的决策。
The traditional storages are always controlled by PLC program,every detail should been setted before the system work, the sequence of turnover goods is always the same.The tr.aditional system can't fulfill user's demands such as put the same goods together,find out the required goods from storages.The system's AI lever has been improved as the digital image processing technology has been used in our system,and the system can judge different goods through their different shade.
