摘要
变循环发动机数字控制系统属于较新的研究方向,基于此设计变循环发动机半物理仿真平台,通过半物理仿真试验可以及早发现系统设计中的缺陷,确定最佳的设计方案,大大降低试验风险,减少试验成本。搭建了变循环航空发动机半物理仿真平台主要包括五部分:实时发动机模型、油门杆、状态开关、I/O接口箱和数字电子控制器。
The variable cycle engine digital control system belongs to the new research direction.Based on this background,design the half physics simulation platform for the variable-cycle engine.Through hardware in loop simulation experiment,can earlier find the defects in the system design to determine the best design project,and greatly reduce the risk in the test and reduce the test cost.In this paper,a hardware-in-loop simulation test-bed is setup for the variable cycle engine.The simulation test-bed mainly includes five parts:real-time engine model, throttle,state switches,I/O interface box and digital electric engine controller-DEEC.
