基于小波变换的减速离合器故障诊断方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了小波分析的原理,并把小波分析方法应用在减速离合器故障信号处理中,进而研制出减速离合器故障信号特征分析的故障诊断方法。主要运用MATLAB小波分析工具箱对离合器振动信号进行小波包分解,根据小波系数作出能量分布图,对故障频段进行小波包重构,从结果中可以直观地观察到离合器故障特征。结果表明,小波包具有很强的故障诊断能力,如果在故障诊断过程中合理选择小波函数和各种参数,就可以获得直观的故障信号局部特征,从而为产品故障诊断提供了有效的工具。 This paper introduces the principle of wavelet analysis and application of wavelet analysis method in the slowdown clutch fault signal processing,which develops the fault diagnosis method in slowdown clutch fault signal characteristics. Wavelet packet decompounds clutch vibration signal in MATLAB wavelet analysis toolbox.Then it makes energy chart according to wavelet coefficients.It makes the wavelet packet reconfigurati for fault band.We can directly observed clutch fault characteristics from the results.The results show that wavelet packet has a strong capability of fault diagnosis.If we choose the rational wavelet function and various parameters in the process of fault diagnosis,it is easily to get intuitionistic fault signal localized characteristics.so it provides an effective tool for fault diagnosis products.
