HAART疗法联合中医药治疗艾滋病的临床研究

Clinical Study on HAART Medication Combined with Traditional Medicine for AIDS

目的:为了探索高效抗逆录病毒治疗(HAART)的有效性和中医药减毒增效,改善艾滋病(AIDS)患者的症状和预后。方法:30例患者依次入院顺序均采用HAART常规治疗,疗程6个月以上,辅以中草药每日1剂口服。结果:好转28例,好转率为93.3%,死亡2例,死亡率为6.7%;6个月CD4细胞计数平均增加68个/μl;生存28例患者症状均明显改善。结论:HAART疗法能有效促进免疫重建,延长生命;中草药治疗能起到减毒增效,显著改善患者的症状和预后,两者协同治疗优势互补,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To discuss in the efficacy of HAART and the attenuation and synergy and traditional chinese medicine, for improving the condition and prognosis of patients with AIDS. Methods： 30 patients with AIDS received conventional theatment with HAART for more than 6 months and Chinese herbal medicine once daily. Results：There were 28 cases improved and 2 cases dead. The improvement rate and mortality rate was respectively 93.3 % and 6.7 %. The average numbers of CD4 cells after 6 months treatment increased by 68 every ul. The condition of survived 28 patients obviously improved. Conclusion： HAART therapy is effective in remodeling immunity and prolonging life. The Chinese herbal medicine may play a role in attenuation and synergy and improve the condition and prognosis of patients, both of them are effective methods in treatment of AIDS.
