摘要
目的:40例颅内感染病人的救治经验。方法:对我科收治的颅内感染病人进行回顾性分析,总结其治疗经验。结果:40例颅内感染病人均成功治愈。结论:颅内感染的早期发现,早期足量应用抗生素,腰穿或腰大池持续引流,鞘内注射抗生素,营养支持,增强免疫功能是成功治愈的有效办法。
Objective：To summarize the experience in treatment of 40 cases of intracranial infection. Methods： The clinical data of intracranial infection were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results：40 cases of intracranial infection were successfully cured. Conclusion： Intracranial infection should by diagnosed early and received antibiotics in full dosage, lumbar puncture and persistant drainage. The intrathecal antibiotics , nutritional supply and improving immunity is effective in treatment of intracranial infection.
