标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型额颞顶颅脑损伤50例体会

Experience in Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy in Treatment of Severe Frontal Parietal and Temporal Brain Trauma

目的:探讨标准大骨瓣开颅术在颅脑损伤手术中的应用价值。方法:采用标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗50例重型额颞顶颅脑损伤患者,并对有关临床资料进行分析总结。结果:患者恢复良好11例,中残10例,重残12例,植物生存5例,死亡12例。结论:标准大骨瓣开颅术具有操作方便,减压彻底的优点,能明显提高治愈率和患者生存质量。

Objective： To evaluate the applied value of standard large trauma craniotomy in severe brain trauma. Methods：50 cases of severe frontal, parietal and temporal brain trauma performed standard large trauma craniotomy . Their clinical data were analyzed and summarized. Results： There were 11 cases cured, 10 cases moderate disability, 12 severe disability, 5 vegetative state and 12 cases died. Conclusion： Standard large trauma craniotomy is simple and has advantage of thorough decompressing, it can markedly improve cure rate and survival quality of severe brain trauma.
