蛋白酶激活受体-2在肿瘤细胞的表达及作用

Expression and function of protease-activated receptor-2 on tumor cells

摘要 蛋白酶激活受体-2(PAR-2)属于与G蛋白相耦联的受体家族,其N-末端被蛋白酶裂解后形成新的N-末端。新N-末端能够结合、激活受体自身。最新资料表明,PAR-2可表达于某些肿瘤组织及培养细胞,与肿瘤细胞的增生、侵袭与转移及血管生成等密切相关。 Protease-activated receptor-2 (PAR-2) belongs to the receptor family which is coupled with G-protein. The N-terminus of PAR-2 is cleaved by some proteases to generate a new N-terminus. The new N-terminus can interact with and activate the receptor itself. The update research reported that PAR-2 could be expressed on some cancers as well as tumor cell lines. There are some relationships between the PAR-2 expression and the behaviors of tumor cell, such as proliferation, angiogenesis, migration and invasion.
