三种宫内节育器的临床应用对比

On Clinical Comprison of Three IUDs＇ Application

目的：探讨宫内节育器（IUD）的临床使用效果，为临床医生对副反应少的宫内节育器提供更多的信息和依据。方法：本文对2006年12月至2008年5月在我站志愿放置宫内节育器，经体检无禁忌症后，对其介绍三种宫内节育器的不同特点，由受术者自由选择，三种各观察152例，共456例。观察脱落、妊娠、出血疼痛终止率。结果：18月续用率分别为：CT300型90．45／100／年、MCU功能性96．43／100／年、I-220型98．45／100／年，三种IUD组间比较略有差异。妊娠、脱落、出血疼痛终止率，三种IUD差异较明显。结论：三种IUD均表现出良好的可接受性，尤以MCU功能性和1-220型副反应少，具有较好的临床实用价值。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of IUDs and offer doctors more information about IUD that has little side effects. Methods： Applying 3 IUDs to 3 different groups （each has 152 cases） and observing the rate of falling off, gesta- tion and bleeding pain. Results： There are significant diffrences on rate of continuing use, falling off, gestation and bleeding pain among the 3 groups using CT300, MCU and I-220 respectively. Conclusion： The 3 IUDs all show good acceptability and MCU, I-220 have little side effects especially.
