四乙酸铅对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的损伤作用

摘要 目的:为探讨四乙酸铅染毒对细胞内染色体的损伤作用。方法:本试验用四乙酸铅12.5mg/kg、25mg/kg、50mg/kg对小鼠经腹腔注射进行染毒,用生理盐水作对照,每天1次,连续6天,第7天处死染毒小鼠。取小鼠骨髓细胞,对骨髓细胞DNA受损情况进行分析。结果显示,骨髓细胞DNA受损率随四乙酸铅浓度增高而升高,随着四乙酸铅浓度增高骨髓细胞DNA受损情况加重,该结果表明,四乙酸铅对小鼠的骨髓细胞有很强的遗传毒性。 Objectiv: To investigate DNA damage after mouse bone marrow cells were exposed by lead tetraacetate. Methods: The mouse were injected by lead tetraacetate for 6 days, 12. 5mg/kg, 25mg/kg and 50mg/kg for each mice The control group were injected with normal saline. Analysis DNA damageof bone marrow cells from the mouse. Resul: DNA damage rate increased with the increase in the concentration of lead tetraacetate, at the same time DNA damage was more serious. The results showed that lead tetraacetate in mice bone marrow cells is a strong genetic toxicity.
