摘要
针对目前Shell、Texaco气化技术的不足,本文提出了一种新型的两段气化工艺,以达到充分利用煤气显热的目的。借助Aspen Plus过程模拟平台,运用Gibbs自由能最小化方法,模拟两段式水煤浆进料的气化工艺流程,同时建立二段固定床气化模型。考察了加入二段固定床气化炉内的煤量及蒸汽煤比对出口煤气组分、温度及整个气化工艺的冷煤气效率、有效气产率等气化指标的影响。结果两段式气化工艺能有效利用一段炉煤气中的显热,提高气化炉的冷煤气效率。同时通过研究,还得到了不同工艺下的最佳条件。本论文所得结论为进一步研究该新型组合式气化工艺提供参考。
A new type of coal gasification process has been proposed to recycle the sensible heat of syngas for making up the deficiency of Shell or Texaco coal gasification technology based on Aspen Plus. A Gibbs free energy minimized method is used to simulate the process of two-stage coal-water slurry gasification. The influence of gasification index such as temperature, composition of outlet gas, cold gas efficiency and effective gas production rate by second-stage coal supply ratio and steam-coal ratio was studied. The results of simulation indicate that this two-stage coal gasification process can utilize the sensible heat sufficiently and improve the cold gas efficiency of the gasifier. Meanwhile by this research, an optimum process condition was found. All these results in this paper help to further research the new process of two-stage coal gasification as references.
