摘要
目的在大鼠透明标本上探索穴位的高钙特性。方法对大鼠穴位注射钙离子的络合剂后电针刺激,制作透明标本,观察穴位。结果穴位局部未见钙离子聚集的高密度染色斑点。结论通过电针刺激局部注射钙离子络合剂的方法未能在透明标本上找到穴位高钙特性的佐证。
Objective To explore the property of high density of calcium in the aeupucture point in rat. Methods To inject a kind of eomplexing agent of Ca^2+ in the acupuncture point followed by electro-acupuncture, and then transparent specimen was made to observe the acupuncture point. Results There is no dyed high density shadow appears around the acupucture point. Condusion There is no evidence of the property of high density of calcium in the acupucture point in rat was found through the injection of complexing agent of Ca^2+ in the acupuncture point followed by electro-acupuncture, and then transparent specimen was made.
