双极电凝在颈椎手术中的应用研究

Study on application of bipolar electrocoagulation for patients undergoing cervical vertebrae operation

[目的]探讨双极电凝在颈椎手术中的应用价值。[方法]70例颈椎手术病人随机分为实验组(双极电凝组)和对照组(单极电凝组)各35例,分别采用双极电凝镊和单极电凝器头进行手术操作,比较手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血量和切口疼痛VAS评分。[结果]两组手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后24 h累计出血量和切口疼痛VAS评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]在颈椎手术中,双极电凝与单极电凝相比,应用双极电凝缩短了手术时间、止血效果确切、对周围组织损伤更小,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective： To probe into the application value of bipolar coagulation for patients undergoing cervical vertebral operation. Methods： A total of 70 patients undergoing cervical vertebral operation were randomly divided into test （bipolar coagulation） and control groups （monopolar coagulation） （35 cases each）. Patients of test group were performed bipolar coagulation operation. And patients of control group were performed monopolar coagulation operation. And operation time, amount of intra operative hemorrhage,24 hours of hemorrhage quantityafter operation,and VAS scoring of incision pain of all two group patients were compared with each other. Results：There were significant differeiaces （P〈0.01） between the two groups in terms of operation time. amount of intra--operative hemorrhage,24 hours of hemorrhage quantity after operation and VAS scoring of incision pain. Conclusion. Compared to the monopolar coagulation, the application of bipolar coagulation could shorten the operation time. It had good haemostatic effect and had less damage on surrounding tissues. And yet it had better clinical application value, which is worth to be extended.
