This paper discussed the basic principle,process flow and technical characteristics of membrane separation technology,and explained the application process of the technology in butadiene tail gas recovery. As a new technology for separation purification and condensation,the membrane separation technology has characteristics such as simple process flow,convenient operation,short investment recovery period,high organic recovery rate and energy conservation and environment protection.
