利用副产蒸汽降低丁烯-1装置的蒸汽消耗

Using byproduct steam to reduce steam consumption of Butene-1 Plant

大庆石化公司塑料厂丁烯-1装置开工以来,能耗较高的问题一直未能解决。而该厂高压车间的副产高压蒸汽直接排放到大气中,没有得到很好的利用。文中论述了利用该副产高压蒸汽,实现降低丁烯-1装置1.0MPa蒸汽消耗的节能方案,并说明了该方案实施后所带来的经济效益。

The problem of high energy consumption hasn’t been solved since the Butene-1 Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company Plastic Plant was put into operation. On the other hand,the byproduct steam of LDPE Plant of Plastic Plant is directly vented to the atmosphere and not properly utilized. This paper discussed the energy conservation scheme of using the byproduct HP steam to reduce steam consumption of Butene-1 Plant,and explained the economic benefit after the implementation of this scheme.
