角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉

Corneal limbus stem cell transplant for recurrent pterygium

目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的治疗效果。方法翼状胬肉切除干净后，取自体带有角膜缘干细胞的球结膜植片，大小视胬肉切除后缺损区定，将植片对位缝合并固定在浅层巩膜上。共124例，原发翼状胬肉78例，复发胬肉46例。结果翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术后患者眼部刺激症状轻，角膜上皮修复快。随访3个月～3年，124例（132眼）均治愈，角膜上皮愈合好，内眦部结膜平坦。结论角膜缘干细胞移植与单纯性翼状胬肉切除相比较，前者手术成功率高，复发率低。笔者选择前者为最佳治疗方式，减少术后复发，降低了患者就医成本。

Objective To discuss the effective of auto-cornea limbus stem cell transplant treat recur- rent pterygium. Methods 124 cases with pterygium,46 cases with recurrent pterygium and 78 cases with pri- mary pterygium. After pterygium excised, the frail made from aato-conjunctiva was transplanted on the face of episclera. Results 124 cases（ 132 eyes）were cured and with lightly irritation after the operation. Corneal epi- thelium repaired quickly and conjunctiva of internal canthus flattened. Conclusion Auto-cornea limbus stem cell transplant treated recurrent pterygium is better than simple pterygium excise, and with higher cure rate and lower recurrent rate. We prefer the former to the latter to decrease the rate of recurrent and the cost of patients.
