The electronic health records （EHR） are systematic files to record the health information of residents. They are important tools to collect and record the community residents＇ health imformation in community medical service. The paper expounds the content and scope of EHR, discusses the connotation and standard for EHR quality control, and puts for-ward the method and countermeasure for information quality control of EHR.
