The characteristics of electrolytic aluminum liquid are high temperature, high inclusion and gas contents. In the production of aluminum alloy ingot with electrolytic aluminum liquid, the higher purity of aluminum alloy melt can been obtained by the melt pretreatment, twice refining in the melting furnace, inline degas and slag removable, and so on.
