摘要
本文利用旋转电极上的循环伏安溶出法研究和测定光亮镀镍添加剂的整平能力.在影响测定的诸因素中,旋转圆盘电极的转速和电位扫描速度对测定结果影响显著.研究了在整平剂存在下电极旋转速度对阴极极化、电流效率和整平能力的影响,确定了应用本法测定整平能力的适宜条件.
The levelling power of additives in bright nickel plating was investigated through cyclic voltammetric stripping ( CVS ) at a rotating disc electrode (RDE). Of the various factors studied which affect the determination, the rotating speed of RDE and potential sweep rate were found to have significant effects on the results. The cathodic polarization, current efficiency and levelling power in the presence of levelling agent were examined as a function of rotating speed, and the suitable conditions for the determination of leveling power by CVS at RDE were experimentally established.
