本文提出储位管理构成要素包括储位标识、储位规格、储位管理对象和储位登记卡四个部分,在此基础上,对物流中心作业管理的入库作业流程、出库作业流程和盘点作业流程进行了具体描述,以供企业在物流中心作业管理中借鉴和参考。

Storing location management should comprise the four elements that are the storing article, and the label, specification and registration card of storing location. According to the four elements, the processes of inbound and outbound, and stocktaking process are described in details, so that logistics managers can acquire some references for their relevant work.
