服务价值链理论认为,员工的满意度、忠诚度是企业绩效的根本保证。当前,我国保险企业员工管理存在员工忠诚度低、满意度低的关键问题。保险企业必须建立起以服务价值链为核心的员工管理制度,实施员工满意发展策略,实现从员工满意到员工忠诚。
