摘要
造纸企业对环境危害较大,如何最大限度地提高资源的利用效率以及降低造纸企业对环境的负面影响己成为国内外学者与政府关注的焦点,而绿色供应链管理正是解决这一焦点问题的管理新模式。本文采用系统分析的方法,从绿色采购系统、绿色生产系统、绿色消费和绿色物流系统方面来对造纸企业实施绿色供应链管理策略。造纸企业通过实施绿色供应链管理可以提高产品的绿色性,增强对环境的友好性。
Papermaking corporations bring larger hazards to environment. How to make best use of resources and reduce the reverse side-effect of papermaking corporations exerting on environment has caught the foreign and domestic scholars＇ attention. And the green supply chain management （GSCM） is a new management mode to solve this focused problem. The article adopts the systems analysis method, implements GSCM tactics to papermaking corporations in green purchasing system, green producing system, green consumption system and green logistics system. Papermaking corporations can improve the product green and strengthen friendship to the environment by putting GSCM tactics into practice.
