慢性乙型肝炎患者CD11c^+髓样树突状细胞数量和功能的变化 被引量:1

摘要 HBV形成免疫耐受是其持续感染的主要原因。树突状细胞(DC)作为体内最强的抗原递呈细胞,在诱导HBV特异性细胞毒T淋巴细胞反应中起重要作用。其中外周血DCs前体CD11c^+髓样树突状细胞(mDC)主要发挥抗原提呈功能,促进Th1细胞极化和细胞免疫的发生。本研究利用磁珠分选技术对CD11c^+DCs(mDC)作单独分离,分析熳性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者体内髓样树突状细胞亚群数量及功能的变化,从而进一步了解CHB免疫发病机制。
