摘要
针对一起高强度加长螺栓在装配过程中发生突然断裂事故,从螺栓断口宏、微观形貌特征入手,通过逐步深入分析,确定螺栓断裂失效的主要模式为氢脆延迟断裂,断裂成因是由于冶炼或浇铸控制存在问题所造成。
Be aimed at the crack on the high strength and enlarged bolts, the macro fracto graphy and micro fractography were observed and analysed primarily. By thoughfully analyzing, the results showed that the primary failure mode on bolt was the H2-induced brittleness originated from metallurgical process.
