摘要
就材质为SWRCH22A冷墩盘条生产的自攻螺钉出现的攻速不合问题进行了系列检测分析及试验研究,找出其存在的热处理工艺问题,最终解决了自攻螺钉攻速不合问题。
The unqualified screw made of SWRCH22A for drilling test was analyzed and studied. The results showed that it was caused by the heat-treatment process and was solved at last.
