摘要
用扫描电镜和能谱仪对支撑杆轴承孔断裂原因进行分析。结果表明机械加工轴承孔时,由于加工刀具的原因使轴承孔加工表面受到挤压变形留下沟槽,在酸洗过程中,沟槽处出现微小裂纹,在周期载荷作用下,裂纹扩展直至断裂。
Fracture behavior of bearing hole on supporting bar was analyzed using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results shown that some grooves appear around the bearing hole because of compression deformation during the cutting process. In addition, a lot of microcracks are observed around grooves during the acid washing. Finally, the macrocracks are formed by propagating of the microcracks under cyclic loading.
