摘要
采用扫描电镜观察杯状细胞不同分泌阶段的时"相",结果表明,由于分泌阶段的不同,杯状细胞表面有明显变化,在起始或合成阶段,黏液合成的速率超过集聚和释放的速率;其次是中间阶段,细胞位于肠腺上部及绒毛的下半段,合成与释放几乎平衡,细胞内充满了黏原颗粒;最后排泌阶段是细胞抵达绒毛上部或项部,黏液释放速率超过合成速率,细胞排空。
Using scanning electron microscope to observe the secretic phase of different goblet cell, the result shows that the cell surface has changed significantly due to the differences of secretory phases. In its start-up phase (or phase synthesis), the rate of synthesis of mucus was over the concentration and release rate. Followed by the intermediate stage, cells full of mucous granules in the upper intestinal gland and the second half of intestinal villi, synthesis and release of almost balance. The cell arrived at the top or nuchal region villis at the final phase, mucus release rate over synthesis rate, emptying cells.
