摘要
通过设置医疗事务处、更新门诊分诊的硬件设备、改变分诊护士的工作模式,改进了门诊分诊流程,改善了就诊秩序,方便了患者就诊,提升了门诊患者和医师对护理工作的满意度。
By setting up the medical affairs office and updating the hardware equipment, we improved the working mode of the triage nurses and optimized the triage procedure in the outpatient department, which resulted in a better order, a more convenient access to medical care and increased satisfaction of patients with outpatient services.
