呼吸双相CT扫描对肺气肿的定量研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价呼吸双相多层螺旋CT容积计算软件对肺气肿患者定量研究的价值。方法:采用SIMENS Emotion螺旋CT对研究行螺旋CT呼吸双相扫描,其中肺气肿患者45例,健康对照组30例。采用西门子Pulmo软件计算肺容积减少百分比、肺密度衰减值及像素指数(pixel indexes,PI),对比分析肺气肿组与对照组相关指标的差异。结果:正常组和肺气肿组的肺密度衰减值分别为191HU和74HU、肺容积减少百分比分别为55%和25%、平均PI值为0.14%和14.32%。两组肺容积相关指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸双相CT多层螺旋CT容积计算软件相关指标有助于对肺气肿的早期发现和肺功能的定量分析。 Objective: To evaluate the value of double-phase spiral CT scanning and Pulmo software in quantitatively analyzing the pulmonary emphysema. Methods:Double-phase CT scanning was performed in 75 patiens using Siemens Emotion 6 spiral CT. There were 45 patients with pulmonary emphysema (emphysema group). The lung function of the other 30 patients was normal (contrast group). Siemens Pulmo was used to calculate hmg volume reduction score (LVRS), lung density attenuation value (LDAV) and pixel indexes (PI). Results:The LVRS of contrast group and emphysema group were 55% and 25%, respectively ( P 〈 0.05). The LDAV of contrast group (191HU) was higher than that of emphysema group (74HU) ( P 〈 0.05). The PI of contrast group and emphysema group were 0.14% and 14.32%, respectively ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion:Double-phase spiral cr scanning and Pumo software are useful to detect emphysema in early stage and to analyse the lung function quantitatively.
