心脏再同步化治疗时跨壁复极离散度的促心律失常作用及其预防

摘要 以双心室同步为核心的心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)能有效改善慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者心功能和生活质量,但双心室同步起搏实际是右心室内膜和左心室外膜的同步起搏,这种非生理的心室激动顺序增加了室性心律失常的风险。本文综述了CRT术后心衰患者跨壁复极离散度的变化和室性心律失常的内在机制,并初步探讨了有关防治措施。
