摘要 所谓教学行为,是指在教学过程中,教师与学生在既定的教学目的支配下所表现出的行动和作为。它包括师生之间、学生之间、师生与教学环境之间相互作用而产生的各种行为。在教学中,教师对学生传授知识、培养能力和学生掌握教学的有效知识量的程度能否达到有效教学时间和总教学时间的最大比值,最大限度减少教学浪费的过程,从而实现预期教学目的,在很大程度上取决与教师的教学行为。^[1][P102]
