摘要 为了解髁状突即刻再植后早期表面细微结构破坏和修复情况,本研究以日本大耳白兔为实验对象,切下右侧髁状突后行即刻再植术。术后分期处死动物,扫描电镜观察髁状突和关节盘表面细微结构的改变。结果表明术后早期术侧髁状突表面凝胶状物消失,网状胶原原纤维暴露,8周以后逐渐恢复。作者认为,髁状突再植的术式可选择性地用于颞下颌关节的重建。 Eight Japanese rabbits were used in this study to evaluate destruction and repair of fine structure of TMJ surfaces after immediate reimplantation of the condyle. The right mandibular condyle of every animal was resected and replanted immediately. The left side of the condyle, which did not receive the operation, served as control. Two animals were killed separately at 2,4,8,12 weeks postoperalively. Scanning electron microscopy was conducted on the condyle and disc. Gelatinous substance on the condylar surface was lost and the network collagenous fibrils were exposed at the early stage. At 8 weeks, there were no significant differences of fine structure features of a surface layer between the operated condyles and controls. It is suggested that reimplantation of the condyle should be practicable for reconstruction of TMJ in some instances.
