摘要
本研究旨在建立一种模拟人类口腔微生态环境的体外模型。作者研制了一种能够持续性提供人工唾液及气体、温度恒定,模拟人类进食规律间歇性提供营养物质,并有牙齿供细菌附着等环境的体外模型——口腔恒化器。研究结果表明,该模型能够在可控制条件下对口腔疾病进行研究,其性能达到设计要求。它的研制成功为体外研究口腔病提供了一种较为科学的方法。
The purpose of this study was to establish an artificial model which simulated human oral cavity microecologio environment in vitro. The authors designed and made the chemostat instrument, which could continuously supply artificial saliva and gas in the temperature - controlled situation, providing nurture at regular intervaland making oral bacteria adhere to the tooth. The results showed the mouth chemostat was feasible . It could be used to study oral disease in controlling fashion. The model may be taken as a scientific method for the studies on oral diseases in vitro.
