壳聚糖羟基磷灰石在改良翻瓣术中的应用

The application of compound of hydroxylapatite and chitosan in modified widman flap operation

为了解壳聚糖羟基磷灰石复合材料修复牙周病牙槽骨缺损的效果,作者采用羟基磷灰石和壳聚精羟基磷灰石复合材料在牙周翻瓣术中植入牙槽骨缺损处,比较两者在改良翻瓣术中的疗效差异。结果壳聚糖羟基磷灰石复合材料疗效明显高于单纯羟基磷灰石,提示壳聚糖羟基磷灰石复合材料能更有效地用于牙周病牙槽骨缺损的修复。

In order to study the effect of the compound of hydroxylapatite and chitosan in the alveolar bones reparation. Authors used the hydroxylapatite and the compound of hydroxylapatite and chitosan respectively to treat those sick alveolar bone during flap operations and compared the difference between of these two methods. The results showed that the effect of the compound of hydroxylapatite and chitosan was better than that of hydroxylapatite. It is suggested that the compound of hydroxylapatite and chitosan conld be used to repair the bone resorption in periodontitis more effectively.
