120例单侧唇裂的唇粘膜对位整复

Study on effects of recovering 120 cases of the Vermilion of unilateral cleft lip

本文随访了1990年至1994年间经治的250例单侧唇裂病例,红唇继发畸形54例,其中红唇粘膜畸形38例。1995年至1996年作者根据“干、湿”唇粘膜的特点整复了120例单侧唇裂,术后11例出现红唇继发畸形,其中红唇粘膜畸形4例。使红唇粘膜的继发畸形占红唇畸形的百分率由对照组的70％下降到36％;红唇的继发畸形率由对照组的22％下降到9％。作者认为:将“干、湿”唇粘膜正确对位,先整复“干燥”粘膜,再整复“湿润”粘膜的手术基本步骤是取得红唇良好手术效果的重要因素,整复后的红唇自然、美观。

250 cases of unilateral cleft lip repaired during 1990 - 1994 were followed up. Secondary deformities in vermilion were found in 54 cases ,besides 38 cases with vermilion mucosa deformities. In order to deal with the deformities, a new method had been tried in 120 cases with unilateral cleft lip according to the characteristics of 'dry mucosa' and 'wet mucosa' during 1995-1996. Only 11 cases had showed secondary deformities of vermilion, including 4 cases with vermilion mucosa deformities. The proportion of secondary deformity on vermilion mucosa and vermilion droped apparently form 70% ,22%to 36% , 9%respectively. Jt is important that right position between 'dry mucosa' and 'wet mucosa' and plasty of 'dry mucosa' and 'wet mucosa' should be applied during repairing vermilion. The shape of vermilion after operation appeared natural.
